Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated to cover the costs of single copy purchase. If you are ordering in bulk, the most cost effective form of shipping will be determined and you will be charged that actual cost.

International shipping varies from country to country, and there is a substantial difference in cost between air and surface mail. Please indicate your preference and you will be charged the actual cost.

Discounts
Retail bookstores are offered the standard 40% discount.

There are substantial discounts for non-profit organizations ordering in bulk. There are 52 books per case.The deduction can be made on the order form.
15% 10-24 copies
25% 25-51 copies
35% 52-104 copies
45% 104+ copies

GST/HST Tax
As Canadian publishers we are required to charge the 5% GST. After July 1, 2010 the tax will remain the same (5%) but will now be called the HST. Books are exempt from the increased (12%) HST tax.
