It has driven my career down some interesting roads ...through corrections, live theatre, business, government and family life education. My involvement has evolved to encompass the full spectrum of communications activities: writing, editing, design, printing, and distribution of print products as well as public speaking and designing and delivering workshops. Over the last ten years I have been fascinated by the potential of the internet as a medium to inform and effect change. While I have been actively involved in internet management I also pursued a fuller understanding of the medium by returning to the University of BC to complete a 2-year certificate program in internet publishing. Beyond the career, I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, sister and friend. I am committed to wellness as being something more than the absence of illness and for me that means living a life that has balance.
